Terms of service
BuzzTake makes your social media accounts available to you and your agent. These terms say what we do, what you are responsible for, and how credits work.
Internet Technology Services LLC ("we", "us") operates BuzzTake. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you accept them for an organization, you confirm you can bind it, and "you" means that organization.
1. The service
- BuzzTake signs in to social accounts you add and acts in them: X, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Threads, Bluesky, Reddit, YouTube, Pinterest, Mastodon and Telegram.
- It acts only on your instructions: requests from the web app, the REST API or the MCP server, and calendar posts you schedule.
- It works in remote browsers we run, through the same pages a person uses. It does not use official platform APIs.
- We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by any platform.
2. Your BuzzTake account
- Give accurate information. You must be at least 16 years old.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account, including people you invite and software or agents that use your API keys.
- An agent acts only through the API keys you give it. Anyone who holds a key can act in your accounts. Keep keys secret and revoke a key you no longer trust.
- Anyone who holds a sign-in link can sign in to that one account for 30 minutes. Share it only with the person who must sign in.
- If you manage accounts for clients, you must have each client's permission, and you are responsible for the roles and access you give.
3. Platform rules
- Add only accounts you own or have the owner's permission to use, and to let us act in.
- You must follow each platform's terms and rules, including its rules on automation, spam, impersonation, platform manipulation and rate limits. Some platforms limit or forbid automated use. Whether to use BuzzTake with an account is your decision and your risk.
- Platforms can challenge, restrict, sign out or suspend an account at any time. We cannot prevent this.
- Platforms change their pages without notice. An action can fail for that reason. We do not guarantee that any action succeeds.
4. Prohibited use
Do not use BuzzTake to:
- send spam or unsolicited bulk messages;
- create fake engagement, such as bought or traded likes, follows, views or reviews;
- harass, threaten or abuse anyone;
- impersonate a person or organization;
- evade a ban, suspension or restriction a platform placed on you or an account;
- run coordinated inauthentic behavior: accounts that act together to mislead people about who is behind them or how much support something has;
- publish or send illegal content, or content you have no right to use;
- access another customer's data, or probe, disrupt or bypass our security or limits;
- resell the service itself (serving your own clients with it is allowed);
- reverse engineer the service, except where the law gives you that right.
We may stop actions, or suspend or close an account, that break these rules.
5. Credentials and browser profiles
- You can give us a username and password, a 2FA (TOTP) secret or cookies, or sign in yourself in a live browser.
- We encrypt passwords, 2FA secrets and cookies at rest. No page or API response returns them.
- We use them only to sign in to that account and to do what you ask in it.
- Each account has its own browser profile: cookies and site data, one device fingerprint, and your proxy if you set one. Profiles are never shared between accounts.
- You can remove stored credentials from an account at any time.
6. Your content
You keep all rights in what you upload, post or send. You give us only the licence needed to run the service for you: to store and process that content and send it to the platforms you choose. You are responsible for the content, and for how you use what reads return.
7. Credits
- The service is prepaid in credits. 1 credit is USD 0.01. Prices and balances are whole credits. Prices are on the pricing page.
- Nothing recurs. You pay only for what runs.
- A write (an action that changes something, such as a post, like, follow or message) is charged when it starts. If it fails before any page changes, the credits come back.
- A read is charged only when it succeeds.
- Each sign-in attempt is charged. Live browser time is charged per started minute. A scheduled post is charged as a post for each account.
- If your balance is too low, the action does not run. A balance cannot go below zero.
- A price change applies only to actions started after it.
- Prices exclude taxes we must collect.
8. Payment
You add credits with an x402 payment, in whole credits. The payment settles on chain. We cannot reverse a settled payment.
9. Refunds
- You can ask for unspent credit back while no more than 0.1% of all credit added to the balance has been spent.
- Credit added by a crypto payment is not refundable. Where a balance was added partly each way, only the part added by a reversible payment can come back. Today every top-up is an x402 crypto payment.
- To ask, write to contact@buzztake.com. We answer in writing.
- No part of the service expires an unspent balance.
- Nothing here removes a right you have under the consumer law where you live.
10. Availability and changes
- We run the service on a best-effort basis, with no uptime commitment. We give notice of planned maintenance where we can.
- We may add, change or remove actions and platforms.
- We give notice of material changes to these terms at least 30 days before they take effect. Using the service after that date means you accept them.
11. Ending use and deletion
- You can stop at any time. Nothing recurs, so there is nothing to cancel.
- Deleting a social account removes it and its browser profile data, including stored credentials and cookies. Posts and messages already on a platform stay there.
- To close your BuzzTake account, write to us. Closing does not return an unspent balance; section 9 says when one can come back.
- We may close an account for a material breach not fixed within 14 days of notice, or at once for prohibited use.
- After closure we keep data for a limited period, then delete it. Ask in writing for a copy while we still hold it.
- We keep the audit trail of your organization for the life of the organization, and records the law or accounting requires.
12. Warranties and liability
- We provide the service as it is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties, express or implied.
- We are not liable for what a platform does to an account, such as a challenge, restriction, suspension or removed content.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profit, revenue, data or goodwill.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
- Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
13. Disputes
These terms are governed by applicable law. We first try to settle a dispute by good-faith negotiation, then by binding arbitration. This does not remove a right you have under the consumer law where you live.
